Wine Thighs is a term I heard on the Dr. Oz Show. It is, according to him, the equivalent of a male's beer belly. Got it (them)! I have some big thighs. And I like my wine. I want to like wine less and my thighs more. So here's the stuff I am trying to make that happen. I'm hoping you'll be cheering me on rather than pointing and laughing. We shall see.
